Coffee Demo: fixed long description products

I can’t find a way to remove the fixed full description, strating with:
“Uganda – Arabica & Robusta”
It seems a static block, but there is no block in the demo with these text..
Other question: I cant find a way to set a new Product template as a Default template, there is no a delete for the default templates..
