Multiple template issue: Product doesn't show

    Hi,

    When assigning a template to a category of products, the product doesn’t show. Implementing changes doesn’t work (please see other ticket on saving/publishing issue after updating Xcore)

    Assigning a template to either English or Dutch language doesn’t do anything. Product remains invisible while the editor clearly shows x amount of products that will be affected/displayed

    As an example, I’ve translated 1 product, so it’s available in both Dutch & English

    Hello,

    There is error in console http://prntscr.com/vglatz and it causes the issue with the builder. Could you, please, contact your hosting provider to change
    <IfModule mod_substitute.c> SubstituteMaxLineLength 20M </IfModule>
    to fix the admin-ajax.php error?

    Problem remains. We think its because multiple templates cannot interact stable with WPML.

    As soon as we change it to NL, no products are visible. Standard WPML setting is that all products should be visible in all languages.

    But WPML is the standard, and 8theme claims compatibility.
    Can you assist in solving the issue?

    Please tell me when you think you’ll be able to troubleshoot this, and 2 other related tickets/issues.
    If all else fails, we need to delete all of the multiple templates and start from scratch, which will seriously impact our timelines for going live.

    Nope, I see only this once open it http://prntscr.com/vhvng3
    Probably your server overwrites the files after your changes. Contact your hosting provider to change the value.

    We have decided to kill off the multiple templates for single products, because frankly, they don’t work. Combination of WPML with multiple SPP templates simply creates too many issues. Maybe something 8theme can keep working on, or provide new elements/objects to use in the default template to enable displaying conditional content (based on brand/category/whatever)
