Speed issues and search console file loading issues for months

Basically after 4 months i would like to know if thr is any chance to improve the x-store theme structure in upcomming days?
* I SWEAR, 1 worldclass speed expert and one top wordpress speed expert failed to optimize this theme to upload faster as it breaks each time (lost almost EUR470).
* later we purchased wp-rocket premium plugin with one month moneyback gaurantee. With just basic customization settings this theme layout just broken down again in search console like this https://prnt.sc/vanj4w https://prnt.sc/vansak https://prnt.sc/vansov . So i sent refund request to wp-rocket. They really refunded it very quickly as they come to discover this theme is a very complicated theme to work with cache plugins.
Oftenly most of my pages also shown with broken layout for last 4 months in google, https://prnt.sc/us46gj .
My hosting provider is one of the best known provider in Netherlands is also failed to understand these loading and crawling issues in search console. Currently i am just using the wp supe cache plugin with one setting enabled yet the file loading issues doesnt disappear.
Buisness is becoming very difficult to survive with these issues as i completely failed now. After talking to those 2 speed optimization experts, hosting provider and wp-rocket team, i thought i must let you know about these inquiries to improve your theme structure. And please let me know if their is any chance of any improvemnt in upcomming days? Thank you

We are working on speed improvements of our theme and plan to release the update. Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and we’ll upload the updated version to your site to check if it helps you.

Note: Sometimes during working hours every day these issues in search console decreases. As these changes everytime so at one moment i thought for a WHILE maybe someone else hacked my website and making changes :). So for sure i changed all password, mysqyl, php admin, wp admin and direct admin. But same issues are still their.

Thank you . Its becomes better and search console issues also resolved.
I have received new update of x-store theme. I have updated it but yet it is showing the notification https://prnt.sc/vhp8xf. I checked into my plugin section https://prnt.sc/vhp9lh ,in appearance https://prnt.sc/vhp99n , also checked into envato plugin https://prnt.sc/vhpa3u but find nothing more to update. I have cleared the cache twice but it did not cleared that notification.
Also youtube tutorial link which appears into that theme update notification, isnt working https://prnt.sc/vhp628 .
Can you help me please to solve this. Thanks

* on mobile devices this menu section does not open 2nd time. its just opening one time https://prnt.sc/vhpbbn and that it becomes unmoved.

Hello,

Go to Dashboard > Updates > click at the Check again button https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
You should get the notification about the plugin update after that.
New plugin update will fix the issue with the menu, just don’t forget to clear the cache.
