Hello,

Yesterday I installed the theme and activated the license on my test server (www.rafaelpereira.net/bambuza), today I deactivated the license and when I went to activate it on my website (www.pousadabambuza.com.br) I received the message from “You have reached activation number limit.”

How can I fix this?

Hello,

We have checked it in-depth and found that you already used this license for 2 other projects:
https://allflavors.com.br/ and https://rafaelpereira.net/bambuza/
You can use 1 license for 1 project according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

Hi Olga,
the allflavors.com.br website will be deactivated, can I use this license at http://www.pousadabambuza.com.br?

The activation of the license at http://www.rafaelpereira.net/bambuza was only for installation testing and development while the DNS of http://www.pousadabambuza.com.br had not yet propagated

Or can you release the license for use with allflavors? If my client wants to return with the site, at least I will have the license released for use in this project.

Hello,

Deactivate and remove theme from allflavors.com.br and then we’ll be able to unblock the license for the other project.

Can you release the license for use with allflavors? If my client wants to return with the site, at least I will have the license released for use in this project.

I already deactivated and deleted the rafaelpereira.net/bambuza theme

I’ll buy a new licence for the new project to avoid future erros.

I’m not sure that understand where exactly you want to use the current license. Do you want to keep it for the allflavors or pousadabambuza?
At this moment license is active for the allflavors.

I want to use in allflavors.

When i try to activate in allflavors i get the same error.
