    Hi Rose

    I need your help again.

I know the mistake that caused the error, i copied the mailchimp short code and paste it on the footer page. When i try to edit the footer page with Elementor, the 500 internal server error pops up and i cannot reverse any changes.

The footer page is totally gone. Please help!

    Thank you
    Best regards
    Kim

    Hi,

Please check this article – https://elementor.com/help/500-error/?utm_expid=.wa6kq53urcoefevngq3bia.1&utm_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F and try to solve the problem from server-side by contacting your hosting provider.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.
Our technicians team will be available after the weekend, so if the problem won’t be solved, provide temporary FTP, we will check it more deeply on Monday.

    Regards
