You used incorrect link, XStore Studio is examples of the pages created using Elementor page builder. Use this link to import the Ecotransport home page https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/ecotransport/

Hello,

1) Bundled version of the WPBakery plugin does not include access to the WPBakery library. If you want to use it you need to buy the personal license for the plugin because the plugin author allows access to this only for owners of the personal license.

2) You can’t use mix the Elementor and WPBakery content on the same page. You can edit one page created with Elementor using the Elementor and edit page created with WPBakery using WPBakery. But we don’t recommend using of both builders because it slows down the site. So, it would be better to choose one of them.

3) Import the whole page and then just remove unnecessary sections.
