Hello, I have a problem reactivating my XSTORE theme. Today I deactivated my theme because I had problems with the web however when I tried to activate it again I wasn´t able. In a previous message you told me that my license is being used by this website https://farmbox.eii.com.mx/ however I have never seen it in my life until you send me the URL. I am the only owner of this license and I have my certificate that proves it. I would really appreciate if you help me reactivate my xstore theme in my site http://www.beprivee.com ASAP, it has been activated in my site since I purchased it months ago.
When I try to activate it it says the following:
You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
