  Make sure that the translation of WC is up to date. Read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/
  Have you translated XStore, check the mentioned strings for the theme also.
  Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
