    Hello,
After yesterday’s update, the function for the sidebar (off-canvas) for mobile and tablet devices is no longer available in the online shop.

I’ve looked at all the options and haven’t found anything .. can you help me?

It’s about the sidebar on tablet & mobile products on the “Shop” page.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
Could you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Regards

This menu is no longer available after the update. So that you understand what I mean.

I have already emptied the cache and done it several times – and still the sidebar is not visible for “mobile” devices.

    Hello,

Your screenshots do not work http://prntscr.com/up7xs2
We have checked your site using mobile devices (Android) http://prntscr.com/up837t and using Safari responsive mode http://prntscr.com/up7z6n There is no problem with the filter button.

    Regards

How is that possible? I can not comprehend that. Neither my customers nor I see this button … is that not possible in Germany? I can’t imagine it any other way.

I’ve solved the problem, but I don’t think that would really make sense.

I installed the update automatically from WordPress. The plugin “et-core-plugin” and since then the filter is not visible. I have just installed the “Manual” plugin on my staging environment and the filter button is there.

Maybe something is wrong with the automatic update.
