Hi there,

Does XStore support Print on Demand plugins like Printful and Printify? I tried to sync my products to my store by nothing is showing up.

Hi,

We did not test this plugin with our theme and we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
Does this plugin work fine when a default theme is activated on your site? How exactly the plugin should work? Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hi Rose,

So it does appear that the items from the POD service (Printify) is pulling down the products. However, when looking at the products within the Products lists from within WP admin, it’s not displaying properly.

Hi,

I can’t give you a solid response just by the screenshot. Please provide temporary wp-admin access, we will check what can be done from our side.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
