  Hi

  Our customer site does not load when using X Store as the theme. The WordPress dashboard still loads however the site does not.

  We have updated the theme to version 7.0.0 and the X Store core plugin to version 3.0.0. We have also uploaded new versions of both.

  WordPress is running 5.5.1 and WooCommerce is running 4.4.0

  We have deactivated all plugins and the site will still not load when X store is set as the theme.

  If we try with the standard WordPress 2020 theme the site loads. But we cannot get it to load with X Store theme.

  Please can you help?

  Hi,

  Thanks for using our theme.
  You need to turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
  Also, check server error log. Let us know the result.
