  The site is very slow, i have refered to this guide – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

  and i have uploaded the recommended plugin.

  Two concerning elements from speed tests are;
  32 Make fewer HTTP requests
  F50 Avoid URL redirects

  Can you help any further?

  Hi,

  I can’t login your site. Check access you provided.
  Make sure that you minified CSS. There are many tools to help you with minification during development. You can also use a plugin, such as WP Rocket. Contact support of your cache plugin to get assistance.
  About this – https://prnt.sc/udjc59 , replace these images by images in mentioned by GTM size.
  Optimize images – https://prnt.sc/udjf07 https://tinypng.com/
