    Hi, I’m doing a project for a client with the following purchase ticket ***** – ba3323ad8f95 and the system DOES NOT accept it, it is more than it indicates invalid when trying to place it

    Can you help me with this the test url is

    Hi,

    That means you can’t activate theme by using that purchase code?

    Please send:

    – FTP info (server, username, password, port)
    – Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

    I will check this problem for you.

    If you are using the latest WordPress version, to be able to activate the theme, you need to use the latest XStore version – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

    As was mentioned, you need to update the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ . Then clear cache and register the theme using purchase code.
