  Hi

  I recently upgraded my Xsotre site, theme, core plugin and then WordPress to 5.5. This last WordPress update seems to have casued issues on the site and I can no longer access the ‘theme options’ for Xstore. The site just hangs with a spinning progress wheel when I try to acces this area, so many settigns are in here that it makes the site unsueable, any advice please help!

  Please send:

  – Screenshots of issues
  – FTP info (server, username, password, port)
  – Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

  Did you try to log in using the credentials you provided?
  1) We can’t log in to your Dashboard http://prntscr.com/u6c3ek Please, check and provide correct pass.
  2) We need FTP host, username and pass, not the cPanel access!

  That’s strange as it all looks fine to me now too! I did try updating the Core plugin and the theme, so not sure why it didn’t work for me!

  But thanks for your help, all seems fine now 🙂
