XStore Core can't activate - by Alper_D

hello After i download it, i pressed the activate button for instagram connection. instagram button flased to white but then off again. and xstore dashboard forwarded me to another section.

Please provide screenshots for better understanding.
Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.
Also, provide temporary wp-admin access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Delete this account once all questions will be solved.

ok. thank you. but there is problem with appstore. you can log in to my dashboard now.

You need to install XStore Core and other required plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/
In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
