  Hello,

  Unfortunately, WooCommerce detects the unexisting variation or out of stock variation only if that option is enabled. Anyway, you may try to connect WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ to improve their function that displays products if “Hide out of stock” option is enabled.
