  Sir,

  I recently migrated to Digital Ocean Servers, following migration i am having multiple errors with plugins, and always got 500, 503, 504 error on the website. checked server multiple times however only X store theme seem to have error and all other websites are working just fine. later when everything failed we moved back to regular hosting and now unable to register theme. Please Guide.

  Hello,

  What version of WordPress do you use? if this is the latest one (5.5), you need to update the theme and bundled plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

  Hello,

  We are uing the latest one (5.5), Update option is not coming since the site is not getting registered. I tried to put purchase code many time still it is not accepting.

  Hello,

  Archives of latest versions you can download from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and do the update via FTP, then clear cache and register the theme.

  Hello,

  Yes, we need WP Dashboard username and pass. Or update theme and XStore core plugin to latest versions by yourself https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk via FTP
  Theme version should be 6.3.9.2 and XStore core 2.3.9.1.

  Problems Currently

  Can not Register the theme using purchase code.
  Earlier when we registered we were getting blank screen
  full blank screen on theme options after registering the theme

  Hello,

  Because you installed the out of date version of theme (6.3.9), I have updated theme to version 6.3.9.3 (available on ThemeForest). Try now.

  Hello,

  Contact your hosting provider about this. Ask them to check the server error logs and fix the blocking of the customizer requests. It looks the server has some limits for the long customizer requests.
