  Now I have a more serious problem. The theme Customizer remains stuck when loading. Only the loader animation is displayed on the white screen, but it does not seem to load the content page completely. How do I fix the problem?

  Hello,

  Go to Dashboard > Updates > click “Check again” button to get new versions of the theme and core plugin. Update XStore theme and XStore core plugin to versions 6.3.9.1 and 2.3.9.1. Clear cache and check then.
