  Hi,

  I’m an experienced .NET programmer new to WordPress and trying to build a small website with an ecommerce element. I’ve downloaded and installed XStore and when working on the site I noticed it take 3-4 minutes to load first time. While configuring the site the footer disappeared and then a couple of days later the main menu disappeared – this may be down to me but I can’t find a way to display them again. I’ve tried configuring the template on my own computer on Wamp but it won’t import anything even though the server requirements are all green.

  I have changed settings for the header and Footer, please check now and edit them depends on your needs.

  What error messages did you get?
  Turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

  I’m impressed – both by the speed of the reply and the depth of the template, I’m new to WordPress and wasn’t expecting so many features. If I can solve the speed issue I will most certainly use this template again. Thank you so much for doing this.
