Updates and Licenses for Premium Plugins

It seems that the update isn’t available here. Help me with updates and premium benefits of the plugins (eg. slider).

I see that an update is available, but I am not able to update it. Also for the slider, the premium isn’t available.

Help me asap. Thank You.

Hello,

Go to XStore > Plugin Importer and press update button for the plugins with update available.
Or you can update it manually using archive from the Downloads page https://www.8theme.com/downloads
Bundled plugins do not come with the individual license, read here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins

We can’t log in to your Dashboard because you did not provide the username.

Extremely sorry for the credentials.

I know the above process, but the update is not being shown on the plugin importer page. Have a check.

Also, where can I find the template library of slider revolution?

Hello,

As I can see you are using the latest version of the Revolution slider plugin https://www.themepunch.com/slider-revolution/changelog/
Update for the Subscriptio plugin is available https://gyazo.com/daf318d4789693ed54b87ad190cf27f3 So, don’t see problem with that.
Besides, I would not recommend you to keep enabled plugins that you don’t really use because every additional plugin slows down the site. For example, I see that you installed and keep activated 2 page builders: WPBakery and Elementor. These plugins are heavy plugins and it would better to choose one of them and use it as the main editor of your site.

Revolution slider examples available for us as for the Extended license owner you can find in the Downloads area https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ http://prntscr.com/tnwyms
Other premium templates are available only for users with a personal license.
