WORDPRESS ERROR - by Frankold - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,

twice I am trying to install the theme, but, both by launching the installation of the “demo” template, but also by trying to install the plugins individually … I ALWAYS receive this critical error:

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/web/htdocs/www.jewelab.it/home/jewel/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/customizer/theme-options/woocommerce/shop-elements/shop-categories.php’ (include_path=’.:/php7.3/lib/php’) in /web/htdocs/www.jewelab.it/home/jewel/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/customizer/theme-options/woocommerce/shop-elements/global.php on line 20

I CANNOT finalize the installation of the theme, and I am forced to cancel everything again.

ps: I’m trying to install everything in a sub-folder of the current online site (in wordpress)

Hello,

XStore theme was installed incorrectly, from your error I see that some files are missing. Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check and help you with the installation.

Strange, I installed the theme via Ftp.
Thanks for the availability, in private you find the accesses.

Hello,

It seems that you did not copy all the necessary files of theme and XStore core plugin while uploading the folders via FTP. We have reinstalled theme and plugin for you. So, you may proceed with the demo content installation.
