    Hi,
I am seeing this on my testimonials: http://prntscr.com/tgdydc
Could you explain how to get rid of the space there?

It happens with all the pages with testimonials:
    https://anewpossibility.com/books/five-spirits/
    https://anewpossibility.com/books/the-alchemy-of-inner-work/
    https://anewpossibility.com/books/kigo/

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Truly saying, don’t know this time what caused that error. All the testimonials sliders have the same height 1096px even if I create a test slider on the blank page with “test” word in the content. And problem is that it happens even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/c1ab60691d0315107bc5135232008ff6
So, we can do nothing with this. I’m afraid that you need to contact Massive Addons plugin developers (because this element is the Massive addons element) https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839 to get help with this issue.

    Regards

Hi, thanks so much for the answer. I understand what you mean.
I tried to contact the support from Massive Addons plugin, I am not sure how. I went to this page: https://mpc.ticksy.com//submit/#100001235 and I got this message: http://prntscr.com/thaauj

I’ve tried using the purchase code from the them but that didn’t work. Can you explain how can I get in touch with them?

Hi… Also, I was messing around with yellow pencil and I got a decent result but I wonder if It would be advisable to save the changes with it: http://prntscr.com/thaleg

If you think that would be alright, Should I go ahead and also make that change on the mobile version this way as well?

Thanks for helping out with this.

    Hello,

    1) Massive addons author require individual plugin license if you want to contact their support. Our license is not valid in this case for you.

    2) You can use this but it’s not the best solution because slider should calculate height automatically. I’m not sure how it will look for different devices.

Hi, I understand. But here’s the thing. nothing was done,. The only change made was the fix on the mobile version on the slider and after this, this happened. https://www.8theme.com/topic/testimonials-glitching-on-the-mobile-version/#post-244216

All these changes just happened there were several:
The Instagram slider (you fixed that)
The space in the menu and the address bar(You said some code was added but I don`t even know how to do that) https://www.8theme.com/topic/space-between-menu-and-directions-bar/#post-244366
and the testimonials the issue in the current topic.

    What is happening?

    Hi,
I was thinking, maybe adding the buttons on the side would just do the trick and cut the space bellow with yellow pencil? http://prntscr.com/thr9ii

I was trying to add this button myself to the side but it didn’t work it might because the custom ccs code you added in a previous help request I made? https://www.8theme.com/topic/buttons-on-the-testimonial-slider/#post-243427

    Hello,

Buttons won’t solve the problem because the slider height is the problem, that height is calculated by script. Why the script calculates the wrong height that is the question. I’m sure that Instagram fixes do not cause the issue because the problem with Testimonials slider persists even when the default theme is enabled, it means that our theme and fixes of theme files are not the reason of the issue. But that strange code could be, not sure.

It looks that that code http://prntscr.com/ti7txd is HTML Entity (decimal) http://prntscr.com/ti7r9o Maybe something was changed with encoding on your server because it also does not disappear even if you enable any default WP theme.

P.S. I have pressed on the Reinstall now button for your WP http://prntscr.com/ti7x6n And that space disappeared and the slider is ok for now. Probably you changed something in the core WP files that absolutely unacceptable. If you want to make any changes you can do them only in child theme files. Never change the core WP files!

    Hi,
Thank you so much I am could guess this was as annoying to you as it was for me. So, thank you so much for your dedication and help. I do not know about encoding in the server changing. We did migrate the website from one hosting to another but just small things were not working and 2 or 3 links. This space between the menu and the address bar wasn’t there, the Instagram bug or the testimonial slider. I do know I can break the theme if I modify any files so I would never do especially because I wouldn’t know what to do.

Honestly, if it was not the change of servers that caused this I have no idea how that happened.

Anyways, thank you so much for your help. It was such a relief to wake up today and see this fixed. Thanks for your patience, knowledge and dedication.
