    Good morning,
    Can I create a fast drop down menu mobile? I’ve tried with statics block but it always hangs when I scrolls down and the subcategories created are listed in a single column. I would like a faster menu that opens the subcategories in an orderly way, divided into several columns.
    if possible, a drop down menu that opens on several levels.
    Can you help me?

    It is not recommended to use static blocks in the mobile menu.

    Hello,

    I do not see any problem with the mobile menu on your site. Try to clear browser cache and check one more time. Could you record a video of the problem?
    Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > Dropdown Opening Action > Off and check one more time.

    I tried to do this but nothing changes.
    The mobile menu does not work, does not scroll down with your finger, is slow and does not work properly.
    Can you help me? Most of my users use their mobile phone to open the site and so this menu is useless.

    Hello,

    What mobile device do you use? iPhone or any Android device? If you use iPhone go to Plugins > disable Revolution slider and check the menu again. Do you have the same issue?

    Yes, I have an iPhone and I can’t disable the Revolution Slider plug-in because I am using it and I need it.
    I have disabled Revolution Slider only on the mobile phone but the problem continues.

    You added link to screenshot to your local computer. Use Lightshot screenshot or Gyzo free tools to make screenshot and share link to screenshot.

    In the video you can clearly see the locked menu, I’m trying to move the menu with my finger to no avail.
    At this point I think it’s an iPhone display problem because I’m looking at the problem with different iPhones.
    You are watching with the android and it works but the iphone view has problems.
    How can we solve it?
