Hello,
Update theme to version 6.3.7 and XStore core plugin to version 2.3.7. After that go to XStore > Instagram API and generate new token using updated API (Instagram stopped support of the Legacy API). Then edit Instagram element/widget on your page and choose the newly added user, save changes.

Hello,
This problem could be caused by a few reasons:
1) You are trying to update the theme on the different domain that theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Then you just need to go to XStore dashboard > deactivate theme and activate it using your purchase code again
2) There is no enough space on your server and archive that was downloaded for the update is broken. Make sure that you have no less than 20MB of the free space on your hosting.
You can also update the theme and Core via FTP instead of auto-update – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

This is definitely the most troublesome theme I have ever used. Unfortunately at this point I cannot change it, since I have to deliver the website to my client
After updating via FTP that was the error that came out on my website. It is worth noting that I tried to update using all the methods including with the Envato plugin and it was not possible in any way.
Hi,
Please send:
– FTP info (server, username, password, port)
– Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)
I will check this problem for you.

Hung PD
Okay
apparently the problem occurs when I update the et-core plugin, since if I update only the theme the site is working normally except for the Instagram API
I have removed the et-core-plugin update and downgraded to the old version and the site worked. For now I only have the theme updated, but I need the Instagram API to work
Hello,
I did not face error with the XStore core plugin update http://prntscr.com/tb6cgh
Your Instagram account is business account but you connected it like personal. Please, remove the existing account and connect it like Business http://prntscr.com/tb6due
After that edit page where you use Instagram and choose the newly added account to show Instagram feeds.

Another problem is that as much as I want it is impossible for me to translate these text strings into Spanish (login, username, add to cart, etc …) I have used PoEdit, Loco Traslate and I have not been able to do it. This theme is quite complicated.
Hello,
Please do not post different questions in one single topic here, submit separate threads for your questions.
Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating
Regards
I published it right here because I have had hundreds of problems with this theme and then I would have to open hundreds of conversation threads in order to solve all the difficulties I have. Regarding Loco Translate, I did as you indicated, but for example you can see on the site that Add To Cart does not take the translation and so it happens with many text strings and I remind you that I have tried Loco Translate and PoEdit and no way is possible
We would recommend using Loco translate, as a rule, it is enough.
“Add to cart” text comes from 3 places – WooCommerce, XStore theme, XStore Core plugin.
If you translated them, but do not see the result on the frontend, you need to sync translation files – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , then check backend and frontend.
The latest version of the theme doesn’t have known issues with translation, so follow the mentioned way, and you will be able to translate all strings.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.
