Tax calculating issue - by domekt0 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    despite changing the settings in the tax section in woocomerce, store location and all other options, the problem still occurs. The tax is set at 23%. but somehow calculates it as 18.7%

    Hello,

    Please, test if you have the mentioned issue with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and check the tax calculation. Keep in mind that you may need to re-add widgets to appropriate widget areas after switching back to XStore theme.

    Unfortunately, the problem also occurs after changing the theme. and removing all plugins except woocomerce. The problem is very strange, if you enter 33% then the tax is set analogously, there is 23%.

    If the problem is independent of the theme, we can do nothing. Contact WooCommerce support to get assistance.
