1) Access is incorrect http://prntscr.com/t9vqvj
2) We need FTP host, FTP user, FTP pass, not the cPanel. So, please, create FTP user with access to your WP installation and provide us with the credentials.

We’ve followed these steps http://prntscr.com/tckyjm , but can’t see the problem now. Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashabord access to log in and then log out and maybe problem appears after that?

Btw for the issue, i disable module “plugin My Eumis > Referral reward”. But I had enabled already so you can try again, but please make sure you are signed out from website in order to have the error part showing above header.

We found that mentioned plugin has the option “Include header” that calls additional broken header https://gyazo.com/f832703a2464ef057c9d38faffa9cf2c We chose Exclude and everything is ok after that http://prntscr.com/tdyqzl
