  Cache of plugin and cache of your browser?
  Theme options > Speed Optimization > change Image Loading Type to Default or LQIP (like here https://xstore.8theme.com/product/product-image-right/). If you want to apply LQIP type , you need to regenerate thumbnails using Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
