  Could you, please, describe in more detail what settings are missing for the interactive image? Maybe provide screenshot for better understanding.

  we have used this module in other sites created with your template, but we have the site of a customer who does not have this module, obviously it was always done with your template, because this site does not have this module, what do we have to do to add it?

  Hello,

  Go to XStore > Plugin Installer > make sure that Massive Addons plugin is installed and activated.
