Demo Animations Missing - by ptp - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello, I imported the Tea demo and it looks like the animation effects didn’t import. Is there a way I can import just these settings?

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
    Do you mean animation for content on Home page? Go to Pages > create a new page, follow this video https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI to import content of the page from our demo > publish the page and check. if all is fine, set this new page as Home via Dashboard > Settings > Reading and delete the old Home page.
    If this is not what you are looking for, describe the request in more detail for better understanding, and provide temporary wp-admin access.

    Hi Rose,
    We have noticed that the WP Bakery Page Builder no longer allows the option to save changes, meaning we are unable to continue customization. We have reviewed your support forum regarding either an update to the Massive Addon plugin, or downgrading the WP. Our hosting provider informed us that we are unable to downgrade the WP, and no plugin update for Massive Addon is available via the WP. How may we proceed?

    Try to update the MA plugin to 2.4.7 version that they just released https://www.8theme.com/downloads https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

    Good morning. Thank you for the prompt reply. We have attempted to update the plugin, and have received the error message “Update failed: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.” How may we proceed from here in order to resolve the issue? Please advise. Thanks!

    Hello,

    Go to Plugins > disable and remove MA plugin. After that go to XStore > Plugin installer > install MA plugins again.
