    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
    Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check the single product page then.
    If this doesn’t help, provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
    Did you make changes in files of the theme?

    i tried deactivating the third party plugins. Still its the same.
    I have not made any changes to the files of themes ( i did add few text below the slider).

    Please provide FTP access. If you don’t know your FTP host, FTP login, and FTP pass contact your hosting provider and ask this information.
