    I can see other tickets created after me being answered and not mine. I thought that it’s a technical glitch of yours and my ticket could be showing closed to you because it has happened one time on your platform. No issues but I think your theme does not have what it promises and the support also is not up to the mark. I would like to claim a refund for the same. I have already deactivated the theme from my account. You could delete my purchase code or make it void for use, but I can’t bear your theme. I was promised a full refund if not satisfied, I hope you respect your promise.

    Hello,

    Some users who bought a lot of licenses (10-50 and more) have priority service. Anyway, we always answer to all the customers within 24 hours. I’m not sure why you were waiting for this option only and not proceeding with the creation of products etc to just get the answer a little bit later. But ok, that’s your right. We gave your refund. Sorry if our theme caused any inconvenience for you.
