Quick View Popup with variation swatches

    Hello!

    I have purchased, installed and configured the Theme Xstore, but I am encountering a problem in the Quick View Popup in the store products.

    There the variation selector (color and size) works well, but when the user manually passes the image from the slider, the function of selecting variations is useless (See video: https://youtu.be/gkISN4QZ5eQ).

    Another problem that occurs is in the Variations Tooltip (color) within the Quick View Popups, and that is when the text that is inside the Tooltip is long (a bit long), it is cut. In itself, what happens is that it is below the slider that is on the left (See video: https://youtu.be/yPbiAqgPzJA).

    The site also becomes very slow. What cache or speed plugin do you recommend for your template?

    Hello,

    1) Point is that the variation changes the first image, not all the images of the product slider, that’s why if you slide to other images you don’t see the first one. Do you want to refresh the slider to the first slide once the user switches variation? Or you prefer to disable gallery slider for the quick view?

    2) Could you, please, provide us with a link to your site to check the problem in more detail?

    Hello,

    1) We’ll fix this issue in the next theme update. If you provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site we’ll be able to fix it for you before the update.

    2) Add the following code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

    I wanted to know if it is possible to solve the problem. They asked me for FTP access and I gave them access via cPanel and also to the WordPress administrator, but I still haven’t gotten a response. Thank you!

    That bad. I am really very unhappy with the theme, it is quite slow, it gives a lot of problems, it is not easy to configure, with the aggravating circumstance that you as developers of it were not able to solve the problem

    1) Why do you keep Elementor plugin enabled if you use WPBakery page builder as the main builder for your content? It increases the size of the pages because of additional styles and scripts and increases the page loading time. For example, here is a result when 2 page builders enabled (Elementor + WPBakery) http://prntscr.com/sz4qvp – 4.5s, here is the result when only WPBakery builder in use http://prntscr.com/sz4tlw – 2.74s. So, decide what page builder you want to use and reactive the other one. Also, check the other plugins that you keep activated. Maybe there are plugins that you don’t use, so deactivate them to speed up the site.

    2) Optimize images. For example, if you test the home page using speed test tools the total size of the images on the home page is 1.1Mb at this moment http://prntscr.com/sz54p2
    You can reduce the size of images up to 40-70%, check https://gyazo.com/f2b9a9bc1ddd5f4681b3b69045ff6e42
    We used https://tinypng.com/ service.

    So, you can speed up the site but not everything depends on the theme.

    I had to use the Elementor plugin to be able to generate the Popup in the home, since I tried to create it with other plugins and it doesn’t work, it conflicts with thema. The images were saved for the Web from Photoshop and Illustrator, being duly optimized at a low size and weight. Even deactivating the Element plug-in, the speed it registers is this

    All other plugins integrated into the site are necessary.
    I think you are aware that the measurement of Page Speed, Pingdom and other speed measurement platforms is not very reliable, so I prefer to measure speed with the Google Chrome or Firefox development tool. I have even tried installing the WP Rocket payment plugin and still the site gets pretty slow. But hey, I would think that the issue of speed can be worked on and mitigated.
    What worries me the most is the error that occurs in the preview of the products, since there are failures when passing the images in what has to do with variations, there are failures with the Tooltip when it is long, since it is hidden or cut
    Still, the theme looks apparently good but it’s really bad.

    I have used various themes for virtual store development and I have never had such a bad time with one like this one.

    I would also like to know why they deleted two comments from two users who left their opinion in this forum regarding the theme.

    I will be able to mitigate the speed, but I would like you to at least help me solve the problem presented in the preview of the products, I could not wait until the next update. When would that next update be?

    You may try our built-in newsletter option to create promo popup. You’ll be able to display Static Block there and build it using WPBakery to display the content you need.

    We have fixed issues with the variations in the Quick view and tooltip for the swatches. Check, please.

    Also, we would recommend using cache plugin (WPRoket or W3 total cache or other) and CDN, it will speed up your site and should give you better results. Enable cache and check.

    Do you have any guide for this
    I have tried and I have not been able. The popup in the home can only appear once to the user. That is, if the user navigates for example to the store and then returns to the home, it should no longer appear. Elementor offers that functionality. Does the popup promo that you offer also bring that functionality?

    When a user registers, the system does not send them a notification email. He checked the WooCommerce settings, selected Settings> General and set any user who can register, installed and configured WP Mail SMTP and still the problem persists.

    I want to note that all other mail is sent well (forms, orders, order cancellation, etc.). So I don’t know if it’s also a template issue.

    Hello,

    You are welcome.

    1) I see, nope, unfortunately, our theme does not have option to show the popup for the home page only.

    2) If the new account notification is enabled in the WooCommerce settings http://prntscr.com/szmc78 but the user still does not get the email then contact your hosting provider and ask them about mail server error logs. It will help to understand what is the reason of the problem. Also, try to switch to default theme and create new account. Do you get notification email when the default WP theme is enabled?

    Mailer: Another SMTP
    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

    Consider running an email test after fixing it.
