Why my support ticket #240440 isn't being answered?

    I am writing this ticket just to bring to notice that it has been more than 8 hours and you have been continuously answering other tickets but not mine. Why is it so? Why my ticket is not being answered. I stuck at the first step of your theme i.e. installing and activating it. Your core plugin is not being activated and this is creating a lot of problems as without that plugin nothing works. I m not able to install demo neither work. Please for god’s sake help me out. I m losing time and the end date Is very near. The ticket id which you are not answering is #240440

    Hello,

    Because you closed that topic and we can’t answer to the closed topic.
    I have checked your site and all the pages are at place, all the widgets are at place, images are ok. Could you tell me what is different on your site than on the demo?

    The problem was solved by manually installing the core plugin but after importing it came with an error saying that media is not installed. Though I can’t see any visible flaw, but there would be something that’s why it came with an error.

    Hello,

    Sometimes when you import demo with a great number of the images the server timeout is not enough to import all the media that demo has and this error occurred. You can choose the demo import again and at the demo content installation step don’t check all but media only https://gyazo.com/647b0452f7c5d8ddb3ebcf966506dcc0
