  Good evening,
  I’m having redirect problems on my website since I installed the theme x store.
  when the user is on my site, after 6/7 pages has 404 error or redirect problems. I did the cache cleaning but nothing..
  Do you know if you have already user that meet same problems?

  Hello,

  Try to activate Storefront theme and check how it works then.
  Is Shop page selected in WooCommerce > Settings > Products.
  Try to re-save permalinks settings (Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks).

  I can’t active Storefront theme because I’ve already applied the changes to the xstore theme and I don’t want to lose them!
  The theme set my permalinks with date and name: https://vaporbros.net/2020/05/30/pagina-ejemplo/ but before it has a different settings. I’m afraid it’s not enough to change the permalink structure as it was before but that is a more complicated procedure (htaccess etc.).
  What do you think i should do? Just change the permalink structure from the wordpress settings or do I have to perform a particular procedure?

  Hello,

  If your server has correct settings then you just need to change permalink settings to Post name instead Date structure and save settings. All the other things (changes in .htaccess file etc) will be applied automatically. In case your server has permission limits then you will need to contact your hosting provider. Our theme does not change the permalink settings after installation or demo content import.
