    Hello,

    I have the following issues regarding the filters on the sidebar:

    1) ON MOBILE HANDSETS:
    On off-canvas sidebar position for mobile, when clicking the funnel icon to open the off-canvas filters on the sidebar, for some seconds the sidebar is displayed, but after it disappears and redirects you to the product/item that is behind the funnel icon, such as the filter does not exist. I tried with z-index but the issue is not resolved. The test is done on an android device.

    2) ON BOTH MOBILE & DESKTOP
    When the category filter is set as a select/folding menu (not a list) with toggle option enabled and “collapsed always” or “collapsed for mobile-only” the select options are not displayed.

    Please check my test environment.

    3) Could you please also indicate to me, where can I translate the “All Brands” string in Brand filter? I am looking for this specific string in the “xstore-el.po” file and not found.

    Hello,

    1, 2) Update the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and check how it works then.
    3) Create translation for XStore Core plugin. We would recommend using Loco translate plugin, go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have updated to the last version XStore_Theme_v.6.3.4 and XStore_Core_v.2.3.4 but the problem is the same.

    – To reproduce the 1st issue the toggle option must be disabled and non-collapsed
    – For the 2nd issue you can see it as it is right now

    Hello,

    Making some more additional tests on mobile handsets it seems that the filtering functionality of the theme is not working correctly at all.¨

    Additionally to the comments on my previous ticket, please find below the steps I followed in order to reproduce the new issues I am facing:

    1. I have added some more filters, such as “filter by color” and “filter by material” in your default theme
    2. Go to: http://35.214.144.255/~actiond7/foo/store/product-category/all/
    3. Try to open the “Product Categories” filter to make a selection. It’s not possible…
    4. Try to open the “Sort by Material”. When you make a selection it does not allow you to come back to make another one, or to deselect the option, since the check-box select options are disappeared
    5. When you make a filter selection (i.e sort by material), then it does not allow you to open the other toggle filters (i.e. sort by color, to make any selection on the “sort by filter”)
    6. Finally making a filter selection it does not allow you to come back to deselect

    Of course, since this is a test/demo environment I need to know the corrections done in order to make them in the production environment 🙂

    For your help on debugging, I noticed that even in your demo page in:

    https://xstore.8theme.com/product-category/men/

    when you try to click (via an android mobile terminal) on the funnel icon to open the off-canvas filters, it opens the filters for some seconds and after a while, it redirects you to a product page without allowing make any filter selection

    Hello,

    Great. We made js changes.
    Copy the theme folder from the test environment to production. Fix also will be included to the next theme update.
