    Hi. Page Importer for WPBakery I’m having trouble doing your step.
    “Failed API connection. Why this might happened: – Your server does not allow outgoing connections Contact theme support to get help with this.” I am getting your message. What’s the problem.

    Hello,

    Have you activated the theme using a purchase code? Do you use the latest version of Core plugin? If so, contact your hosting provider to fix this problem.
    Make sure that your hosting:
    1. Allows http/https outgoing connects
    2. 136.243.62.35 availability from your source IP address.
