Plugins not install - by hamzaejj - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Could you, please, explain to me your issue in more detail? What plugins were not installed? Have you updated both XStore theme and XStore core plugin to the latest version?
Maybe provide screenshots for better understanding.

Plugins with the green tick are already installed http://prntscr.com/sjyl0g You can check it From the default WP menu Plugins http://prntscr.com/sjylkz Provide us with WP Dashabord access to your site to check why can’t you deactivate them from our panel or install other plugins from the list.
Keep in mind that there is no need to install all the plugins that come bundled with our theme. We would recommend using of plugin that you really need. Every additional plugin slows down the site, so don’t keep enabled plugins that you don’t use.
