  Hello,

  That banner is not the part of the header, it’s the page content. Go to pages > edit the Front page > provide me screenshot of the top part of your front page to find out what element you used there. I can’t check your site because of the maintenance mode. So, either provide temporary WP Dashboard access to check or screenshot of the page content.

  Don’t understand why are you looking for options to edit Revolution slider layout that was placed to page content in the header builder. If you want to change the
  Edit Revolution slider http://prntscr.com/sjump5 and change the grid size http://prntscr.com/sjulvf
  Also, please, check the Revolution slider documentation if you are new with this https://www.themepunch.com/support-center/
