  Hi, im trying to understand how to leave the related products to a specific category or top sell products of the shop but don´t now how to doit. Will appreciate any help with this issue.

  Hello,

  Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
  These products cannot be specified in the admin, but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.

  If you want to be able to set products to recommend your customers you can use the Upsells products https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/#section-1
