    Hey

The system on the site presents me with a problem,
And my limit on the server is 2000 units.

    Link to issue: https://prnt.sc/s9pyd7

    On the woocommerce tab
    Here’s what: https://prnt.sc/s9pzf7

I checked with my storage company to verify the problem,
They say the limit is indeed 2000 and it may be a visual bug.

Screenshot of what he wrote: https://prnt.sc/s9q0u1

Is it possible to check the issue from your side,
And if this is a server problem, then what might be the problem?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello Yaronb,

We do not see any problem on our side.
You can temporarily activate a default theme on the site and check the Status page of the WooCommerce, if shown the same value, maybe WooCommerce support will be able to give you some tips.
My opinion is that the situation should be solved on the server-side.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello to you (-:

We got back from the storage company,

    Regarding the PHP limit.

They want a file called PHP info file
To confirm this is their problem.

Then according to the information in the file they will make customizations according to the details that appear there.

How can I get such a file?

    Thank you

    Hello,

Provide them the following screenshot http://prntscr.com/sbcxer Master value is 2000 but local value is set to 0. That’s why WooCommerce and our theme displays 0 there.

    Regards

    Olga Hi
Backers of my storage company again,
They say there is nothing to do with the server but a problem with your design template or extension.
This is the screenshot they wrote me: https://prnt.sc/sbh084

And the link you see in the image there: https://prnt.sc/sbgeix

    What to do now?

    Hello,

Provide them WP Dashboard access to your site and install PHP info plugin. Let them check.
We can do nothing with this. I just displayed you the information that provided me PHP info plugin. I don’t know what your hosting provider check but you an enable the default WP theme and you’ll get the same results. So ask them to login to your site, install the mentioned plugin and check by themself.

I’m sorry but server settings are outside the scope of our support.

    Regards

    They have access to WordPress
And I also installed the software and presented the data to them
I’m starting to think that I should leave this company.

    You don’t have to apologize,
I know you do everything you can,
    I appreciate!

    Hello,

Maybe somebody who answered you is not very familiar with WP installations. Hope you’ll get a solution from them.

    Regards
