    Hello,

    Unfortunately, there is no auto-convertor from WPBakery to Elementor. You need to recreate pages manually. You can install both plugins and create pages using Elementor one by one. Once you create all the necessary pages then edit your menu and add them to your menu instead of pages created by WPBakery. After that you’ll be able to remove all the old WPBakery pages.

    Hi Olga,

    So it’s ok to install the Elementor now and test / create each pages?

    How about the header and footer? I’m using the FASHION theme which ins’t available with ELEMENTOR?

    Please let me know what is the best procedure. I want to go with Elementor now so the learning curve is much easier since i’m developing a new site too..

    I still have a few more problems with my old site but will create a new subject for it..

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Yes, you can enable Elementor and create pages one by one.
    Header builder does not depend on page builder.
    Did you create footer using Static Blocks?

    I manage to make all the pages to elementor. 😀

    I will check the footer. I think i used the footer from FASHION theme as well.

    Is it possible to import SHOP page from Elementor (Hipster) to my old install? Just want to see if it fits my layout/taste. Thanks! I’m loving the Elementor.

    Hello,

    Shop page is the default WooCommerce page, it does not build by any page builder. Shop page settings you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop.
    If you used Static Blocks to create footer then go to Elementor > Settings > enable Elementor for the Static Blocks and then re-build static blocks using Elementor.
    Elementor is cool, I like it too. Very handly.

    Hi Olga, i made the static blocks (fashio footer copy) with Elementor already. So it’s safe to import pages from the demo? As i notice. I need to import all the pages from SHOP page to My Account, Account, etc right? Would this mess my old site? I really need some help here.

    Just want to see if some of the pages from Elementor HIPSTER or other pages would fit on my old site..

    Some things i need help as well. I hope you can check these..

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in answering.

    1) I suppose that issue with the border could be related to animation that you set for the row/element. Try to disable the animation and check if it helps.
    Sale price color comes from the Main color the http://prntscr.com/sba0gr You set it white, so you get the white price on white bg. Change the main color to something else. In your case, white or transparent is not recommended.

    2) Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Images > change the product thumbnails width. At this moment it’s less than image block width. Read more about WooCommerce image settings here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/

    3) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Single product layout > Fixed Added To Cart Message > On http://prntscr.com/sba4uf It’s possible to change the bg color using custom CSS

    .sticky-message-on .content-page .woocommerce-message, .sticky-message-on .content-page .woocommerce-error, .sticky-message-on .content-page .woocommerce-info, .sticky-message-on .content-page .dokan-info, .sticky-message-on .content-page .mc4wp-alert {
        background-color: #000 !important;
    }

    4) To enable off-canvas add to cart you need to create header using header builder https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG and edit Cart element and enable Off-Canvas type in element setting.

    Hi, i fixed the border issue when i changed to Elementor. I made a fresh page for the main page. The border problem in the buttons was gone after.

    Where can i fix the price text? Can I fix this in customizing settings or should i add a custom css? I want the sale price to be the same as the default color on pricing on all pages.

    2) Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Images > change the product thumbnails width. At this moment it’s less than image block width. Read more about WooCommerce image settings here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/

    This is fixed already. Thanks!

    3) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Single product layout > Fixed Added To Cart Message > On http://prntscr.com/sba4uf It’s possible to change the bg color using custom CSS

    This isnt working on my end. Not sure why. The Fixed Added to Cart message won’t show. Only the Off Canvas in the right sidebar are working when i try to add an item to cart. What supposed to be the problem?

    I will add the custom css when the message is fixed.

    4) To enable off-canvas add to cart you need to create header using header builder https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG and edit Cart element and enable Off-Canvas type in element setting.

    This is working now. Not sure why the Fixed Added To Cart message is not working. Can you help me fix this? Thanks

    Hello,

    1) Go to Theme Options > Styling > change the main color to any other than white.
    2) You are welcome.
    3) Provide us with WP Dashabord access to your site. We’ll check.

    Hi Olga,

    1. Is fixed already. 🙂
    3. Sending you in private content

    I just noticed some issue on my SHOP page. I can see again the problem with the button (Add to cart) border missing at the bottom..

    http://prntscr.com/sfqxsk

    Also, the sticky header isn’t working right when scrolling up/down. How can i fix this?

    That problem with button border is beyond my knowledge. But if you can tell me how to fix it let me know. I’ve been able to fix the problem on the main page. Not sure how to fix this on SHOP page.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    3. Our developer will check it

    4. Border

    – It still working for me https://prnt.sc/sfrmhn

    5. Sticky

    – That’s because of admin bar. Try below code

    body.logged-in #header.sticky-on:not([data-type="sticky"]) > [class*=header-wrapper],
    body.logged-in#header > [class*=header-wrapper] .sticky-on > div {
        top: 32px;
    }

    Hello,

    The problem with the add to cart button bottom problem is on google chrome only and this is random in products. Not sure what causing this problem..

    Maybe because of the settings? I’ve been able to fix this problem on the mainpage when i built the main page from scratch to transition to elementor. Now the SHOP page i haven’t toouched that eversince.. The problem might be from the old template (FASHION)

    ABout the sticky header. Will try to fix it in the theme before adding that. But this was working before the update? Why is that?

    Hello,

    1) We were able to reproduce the problem with the add to art border on our test installation. Our developers work to fix this and include a fix to the next theme update.

    2) Do you have a top header enabled on the site without problem? What type of the fixed header do you use there: sticky or smart?

    Regards

    Hi Olga.. This is annoying. I can’t see this problem with the other site i’m developing right now. Looks like it’s a problem from an old demo? As i’m developing two sites with XSTORE. The one with this problem was from way old. How can we fix this with the next update?

    2) Do you have a top header enabled on the site without problem? What type of the fixed header do you use there: sticky or smart?

    I will check this in a bit.

    Hello,

    1) Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

    .content-product .button {
      -webkit-backface-visibility: visible;
      backface-visibility: visible;
    }

    Let me know if it helps.

    2) I suppose that the fixed header script ignores the admin bar height to calculate the position of the top/main/bottom header. Could you provide us with link to site where it works(width access) to check?
