    Hey

    I installed the template,
And I did import lingerie https://prnt.sc/s86zzu

According to the guide written here,

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/main-theme-options/

And I got to the plugin install phase,
And register to see the site now.

And this is what I saw: https://prnt.sc/s86z2t

I don’t understand what the problem is?

Please help finalize the template settings,

And I would love to clarify the matter,

To know what I did wrong,

    Thank you

    Yaron

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hi there

    I want an Elementor version,
Because I have a Pro Grass.

But I have trouble connecting the pro to the site,

    I am succeding.

    Is that maybe the problem?

I’m just trying to reinstall the template,

I thought maybe I was doing something wrong.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Your issue was related to this option http://prntscr.com/s895e1
It seems your server has limited permissions for the files and does not allow External File.

You can remove MACOS folder. Archives created on the iMac include that folder because of iOS system specificities.

Choose the version archive. You’ll be able to install child theme setup wizard. Read more about child theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/

Just press “Create and use child theme”.

    Regards

    Hey

    1. As for server privileges, you can explain to me exactly what restrictions
Or guide: Can I contact the storage company on the subject?

And what does this restriction prevent me from doing?

    2. About Child Theme,
I saw the guide, it’s not clear to me how to install it ..
Is like the usual pattern through a mirror?
And after installation how do I know that I did install correctly?

thank you very much for the help ,

    Yaron

    Hello,

1/ CSS print method allows choosing if your CSS will be included as an independent stylesheet (recommended) or on each page.

When the External File CSS print method is selected, every change of the styling in a post/page is saved to an external file, like this:
    /wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/post-1414.css?ver=1549378921

Maybe you have a problem with file permissions so Elementor cannot write to your library the CSS files. So, contact your hosting provider to check and solve this issue in you want to use that method.

2/ It’s already installed as I can see http://prntscr.com/s8hk4g You just choose its installation during setup wizard. Child theme is a custom theme that inherits the parent theme styles and functions and allows you to overwrite styles if you need or make additional customization without losing these changes after parent theme update. There is a lot of information about WP child theme, you can google and read different posts to make it clear for you.

    Regards
