Already as extencion PHP DOM activate but still cant find why not install, and says always same thing.

Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site and also tell me what version you are trying to import.

i Clean my data base to instal a new theme , and happens again the problem in instalation

Hello,

XStore core version that you use does not suit theme version. If you installed XStore Core version 2.3.3 you need to update your theme to version 6.3.3 – to latest version.
Update theme and try the import again.
