Hello support,

i have a small issues with Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder 2.4.6.1

1. If i have enable this plugin my inner pages is not loading the VC and and my pages is not load

1. Likely it is a known issue of the Massive Addons plugin that caused by server limits https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=36&filter=all#comment_14143143 https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?filter=all&page=79#comment_18501820 You need to contact hosting provider and ask to increase the maximum body length value.
2. Please check Screen Options – http://prntscr.com/rqp1hj in Appearance > Menus.
If this is not what you are looking for, describe the problem in more detail and provide temporary wp-admin access.

thanks for the tip, all is ok.

I have a new problem with my menu i work now , i can’t save any new changes.

I have the last update version of you theme.

Please check this issue from my dashboard

Download admin.php and walker.php files by this link – https://dropmefiles.com/Vy6LP , reupload these files in xstore/framework/thirdparty/menu-images/inc folder via FTP.

Hello,
i like to use yours shortcode ( Products & Products Categories > Layout > list ) with +4,5,6 Columns to display with 8,10,12 items in 2 lines.

But in my poject work normal only if i choose 3 items in one line. In picture i have send you i try to work with 4 columns – 8 items – 2 lines and i have (8 items – in 3 lines)

I understand, but you have more options inside yours VS shortcode( Display Type 4-5-6 columns).

All the ( Product View ) work normal ony if my option max 3 item in one line.

Why i can’t have list with 4 columns and 8 item in 2 lines to display?

i see you have update the theme 🙂

I need your help because i make lot changes in my project and i need to work with your child theme.

My issue is i need to update to last version but the child theme i have try to enable brake all the content.

Hello,

We released update but fix of that issue took more time than we expected and it was not included. Take our apologies for this delay.

Did you make any changes directly in theme files?
If not then go to Theme Options > Import/Export > export options. After that enable child theme and go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import options and reload customizer page without saving after import!

Hello,

WooCommerce has only grouped product type by default https://xstore.8theme.com/product/the-trend-polo/ but you probably mean bulk variations form https://woocommerce.com/products/bulk-variation-forms/
