    Hello,

Something is wrong with your WP installation, there are a lot of errors in console when default plugins are enabled, there is js error even if all the plugins are disabled https://gyazo.com/aeb0762474b7be9e313bf893d8244430 And it happens not just with our theme but with the default WP theme, you can install, activate and check. WPBakery scripts won’t work in you have the list of js errors on the page http://prntscr.com/rl7qhk
I’m not sure what caused these errors because they are not related and are not caused by our theme. So, you need to fix these errors first and then reply back if you still get the problem with the WPBakery editor.

    Regards

    Hello,

Could you disable the server cache, please? We faced the fatal error and found code in the functions.php of our theme that we did not add there. We removed the code but the fatal error is still there even if the mentioned file does not have line mentioned in the error. So, it could be the cache only and we won’t be able to find the reason of the problem if such a strong cache is enabled that does not allow to edit files because it uses the cached version.

    Hello,

There are errors with the admin-ajax.php even when the default theme is activated http://prntscr.com/rnfsvo So, I suppose that our theme is not the reason of your issue.
I suppose it’s some combination of your server settings with the file/folder permissions or something, not sure. But we can do nothing if errors arise even with the default theme. I would recommend you to hire a developer who will take care of these errors and server settings or contact hosting provider support to get help with this because it’s outside of the theme support.
