Hello,

Go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check Again button. You’ll get notification about XStore theme update and also XStore core plugin update. Update theme and then update plugin. If you prefer manual update then you’ll be able to find plugin archive in the full package of our theme on ThemeForest or download plugin from the Downloads area of 8theme account https://www.8theme.com/downloads

Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site? We’ll fix it for you and also include fix to the next theme update, because it seems we miss something while fixing on our test site.

Hello,

1) Can’t log in to FTP http://prntscr.com/rfykqz
2) Use forum@8theme.com but don’t add our email to any kind of newsletter and remove if from your DB once we finish, because sometimes users forget to do this and we get a lot of spam emails about scanning of their websites etc.
