    Hi, we updated X store and all images in the store and staic blocks are gone!

    When we disable the X Store Core plugin, they show up again, but then the site looks ugly…

    Hi,

    Please send:

    – Screenshots of issues
    – FTP info (server, username, password, port)
    – Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

    We downgraded again to the previous version.

    Can you do it on a staging copy and tell us what to change in the live one?

    Hello,

    We do not have this problem on our test site.
    If you have a staging site with this problem, try to disable all 3rd party plugins and check images then. Do not forget to clear browser cache.
    To be sure that the problem is not caused by changes in child theme, check how it works with the parent theme.
    Let us know the results. If you need further assistance from our side, provide URL of the staging site, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access.
