XStore Blog Carousel, Video post thumbnail dimensions not same as standard post

Hi

I have included a Blog Carousel at the bottom of the home page displaying three thumbnails linking to the latest blog posts. The first two are standard post types. The third post is a video post type, which has a YouTube video link. The thumbnail for this video post has different dimensions. Is it possible to force the thumbnail to automatically crop to the same size as standard post thumbnails? At the moment having different sized thumbnails makes that part of the page look a little off.

The other issue with the video post thumbnail is that the post category is not displayed over the thumbnail.

Hello,

1) Please use this custom CSS code:

.posts-slider .featured-video iframe { height: 216px !important; }

2) I’ve sent your request to our developers.
You can disable categories for all posts via Theme Options > Blog > Blog layout > Show “Category” Label On Posts > Off.

Thanks for your quick response and suggestions!

I’ve added that code into custom CSS and that worked. I do want to keep the category labels over the thumbnails though, so happy to wait for any news from the developer.

Developers will fix the issue with the categories for the video post in the next update.
