Hi,

1.5.5 version of Core plugin is not compatible with XStore 6.2.7

You can update the theme to 6.2.7 version and Core plugin to 2.1.0 version https://prnt.sc/qoc1u7 https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

Hello,

Please go to Theme Options > Social sharing > Select Socials You Want To Show (you need to select a few socials). You will be able to unselect them after the next update of the Core plugin, where the problem will be fixed.

Thanks for your help with the “code problem”. I have another question and I hope you can help.

I wish to change the yellow color and some fonts and font sizes. I have been searching for these options in the user interface, but cannot find them. Do I miss something or does it require CSS editing?

I hope you can guide me in the right direction.

Where did you add the custom tab content? Provide screenshot.

2) If you need personal customization of many theme styles submit customization request to WPKraken team or use Yellow pencil plugin (Appearance > Install plugins). Our support could guide you on how to change some styles but we can change everything for you because personal customization is not included in our support.

Hello,

We don’t have option for the H1 only but we have the option for all the headings. Go to Theme Options > Typography > Content > Headings > choose the font you need instead of Initial.

1) What is the resolution of the image that you are trying to upload? Why do you need an image larger than 2500px? Too large images slow down the site. Also, we would recommend you to optimize all the images that you plan to upload to your Dashboard using optimization service, for example https://tinypng.com/

2) Follow the WooCommerce documentation to set up shipping rates https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/flat-rate-shipping/
These settings are not related to our theme (these settings are default WooCommerce settings), so it’s outside the scope of our support. If you need any detailed information about shipping rates contact WooCommerce plugin support on the plugin support forum https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
