  Hi guys,

  I need some advise as to what the issue could be with regards to the following issue on this page: http://inclusivesolutions.co.za/my-account/

  When one tick the “remember me? box a pop up (lightbox) appear with nothing in it?

  any idea what the issue could be?

  Hi Robert, yeah sure.

  BUT PLEASE, DO NOT RE-INSTALL THE THEME OR ADD FILES, kindly consult with me first.

  Kindly confirm, (reason I ask, is Eva did something last time on the site and I had to redo almost everything. Just need advice as to what the possible problem is.

  Hello,

  Some plugin is causing the issue. I’ve deactivated them and the pop up has gone.
  Please try to disable plugins one by one to find out which one is the reason.
